Common questions
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes — sign in with the same account on any device and your data will sync automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device's subscription settings and find Calm Through Menopause to cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals but you'll keep access until the end of your current period.
I'm not receiving notifications. What should I check?
First check that notifications are enabled in your phone's Settings → Notifications → Calm Through Menopause. You can also adjust your reminder preferences inside the app settings.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion on our account deletion page. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
