Delete Account
We're sorry to see you go. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time — no questions asked.
Please note: Account deletion is permanent. Your data — including all brain dumps, organized lists, and preferences — cannot be recovered once deleted.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile and login credentials (if signed in)
- All saved brain dumps and organized lists
- Your preferences and app settings
- Any usage history associated with your account
Before you delete
If you're having a technical issue, we'd love to help fix it first. Email us at help@theosomatic.com and we'll do our best to resolve it.
If you just want to clear your saved data without deleting your account, you can do that separately from Profile → Data & Privacy → Clear Saved Brain Dumps.
Also remember to cancel any active subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription billing.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly in the app:
- Open Mom Brain and go to Profile
- Scroll to Data & Privacy
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted — deletion is immediate and permanent
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app or prefer to request deletion directly, email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
