Who we are
Mom Brain is an app made by HerSomatic, a brand of TheoSomatic (theosomatic.com). When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean HerSomatic.
What the app is for
Mom Brain is a voice-first mental load organizer for moms. Say or type what's on your mind — messy, incomplete, emotional, practical, all of it — and Mom Brain helps sort it into a calm family plan. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Not a substitute for professional care
Mom Brain is a tool for organizing thoughts and reducing mental load. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or therapy. If you are experiencing significant stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, please reach out to a qualified healthcare provider.
Your account
Mom Brain can be used with or without an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
How you may use the app
You may use Mom Brain for your own personal organization and reflection. Please don't:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the app
- Use the app in any way that could harm us or other users
Voice features
Mom Brain's voice-first features rely on voice-to-text and AI sorting to organize what you say. Use of these features is at your own discretion. We are not responsible for misinterpretations or sorting errors — you can always review and edit organized content.
Subscriptions and payments
Mom Brain's core relief features are free. If Mom Brain Plus (additional paid features) becomes available, payment will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their billing terms apply. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Your content
Brain dumps and notes you enter in the app belong to you. By using the app, you give us permission to store and process that data in order to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual property
All content in the app — including its design, text, icons, and features — belongs to HerSomatic. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, HerSomatic is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes through the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
